Datenschutzerklärung

Diese Erklärung beschreibt die geplante Datenverarbeitung der robees-Plattform während Pilot- und Vor-Produktionsphase. Sie wird mit Eintragung der robees FlexCo finalisiert.

3. Wo Ihre Daten liegen

  • Keine Übermittlung in Drittländer ohne Angemessenheitsbeschluss bzw. Standardvertragsklauseln
  • SQLite-Datenbank verschlüsselt at-rest, TLS 1.3 in-transit

4. Aggregierte Datenprodukte

robees plant ab 2028, aggregierte und anonymisierte Datenprodukte (regionale Schwarmtrends, Varroa-Druck-Heatmaps etc.) an Forschungseinrichtungen und Behörden zu lizenzieren. Dies geschieht ausschließlich mit Ihrer ausdrücklichen, granularen Zustimmung pro Datenkategorie. Die Zustimmung ist jederzeit widerrufbar; der Widerruf wirkt für die Zukunft.

5. Speicherdauer

  • Konto-Daten: bis zur Löschung des Kontos + 30 Tage Nachfrist
  • Inspektionsdaten: bis zur Löschung des Kontos (Export jederzeit möglich)
  • Server-Logs: 90 Tage rotierend
  • Buchhaltungsrelevante Daten: 7 Jahre (gesetzliche Aufbewahrung)

  • Auskunft (Art. 15 DSGVO)
  • Berichtigung (Art. 16 DSGVO)
  • Löschung (Art. 17 DSGVO): direkt im Konto-Menü
  • Einschränkung (Art. 18 DSGVO)

  • Beschwerderecht bei der Datenschutzbehörde Österreich (dsb.gv.at)

7. Cookies & Tracking

Die robees-Marketingseite verwendet keine Tracking-Cookies. Funktionale Cookies (Login-Session, Spracheinstellung) sind technisch notwendig und benötigen keine Einwilligung. Plausible Analytics (cookieless, EU-gehostet) wird ggf. in einer Zukunftsversion eingesetzt, ohne Cookies und ohne Erfassung personenbezogener Daten.

Privacy policy

This policy describes the planned data processing of the robees platform during the pilot and pre-production phase. It will be finalised once robees FlexCo is formally registered.

3. Where your data lives

  • No transfer to third countries without an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses
  • SQLite database encrypted at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit

4. Aggregated data products

From 2028, robees plans to license aggregated and anonymised data products (regional swarm trends, Varroa pressure heatmaps, etc.) to research institutions and authorities. This happens exclusively with your explicit, granular consent per data category. Consent can be revoked at any time; the revocation takes effect going forward.

5. Retention

  • Account data: until account deletion + 30-day grace period
  • Inspection data: until account deletion (export available at any time)
  • Server logs: 90 days, rolling
  • Accounting-relevant data: 7 years (statutory retention)

  • Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR): directly from the account menu
  • Restriction (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR): JSON export at any time

  • Right to complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at)

7. Cookies & tracking

The robees marketing site uses no tracking cookies. Functional cookies (login session, language setting) are technically necessary and require no consent. Plausible Analytics (cookieless, EU-hosted) may be used in a future version, without cookies and without collecting personal data.
